Dude, you should have said something like this: "Ah am vereh busy. If you would please state your business it would be very much appreciated by me."
Sincerely,
The Official Ainsley Hayes Enthusisast and Speechwriter
If you would direct any future attempts at reproducing the witty and endearingly conservative epithets of Miss Hayes through our offices, it would be very much appreciated by us.
Well, I actually did this not as a dude but as a geek: VLC players (I use them to play ripped, but not burned, DVDs) can take snapshots at any moment and automatically save them in jpg form. You won't find this pic online. [in plaintively quiet, mocking voice]: And yet still you prefer Ainsley delivered in traditional MPEG 2 form on a large cathode ray tube and not from a malleable and portable Mac delivery system, hmmm....

Yup--go to the title bar and pick Video and then Snapshot. You can do it while it's playing or when still.
I say this as someone who makes a living on this shit, but...
NNNNNNEEEERRRRRRDDDDDDS!
Also, I find it adorable that you guys are in lurve with Ainsley Hayes. Thanks for catching up to the year 2000.
